# Printing regional collections C1–C7

File of the completed regional series: **PNG RGBA, 3840 × 1152 px, 250 × 75 mm**. Aspect ratio is 10:3. At this physical size the resolution is **390,144 ppi** on both axes.

1. **Take PNG from the card.** The WEBP on the page is a lightweight preview. PNG preserves the final export, including transparency. White, gray, dark or checkerboard gallery backgrounds are not added to the file.
2. **Set the size 250 × 75 mm in the layout.** Keep the proportions 10:3; disable automatic stretching and fitting to the page. Changing only the DPI value does not add details. If the program shows a different physical size due to metadata, set the millimeters manually while preserving the original pixels.
3. **Keep the alpha channel.** Transparent gaps must remain transparent. The mug's base color will show through these areas. If the technology requires white ink, a separate layer is prepared according to production requirements, and does not replace the transparency of the entire artwork with a white rectangle.
4. **Match the color to the material and process.** PNG stores RGB and an alpha channel. HEX palettes describe the color concept. The profile and color conversion are determined by the printing process, inks and surface; evaluating color requires a proof on the chosen cup. Metallic effects, embossing and thermochromic ink do not arise from an ordinary PNG automatically.
5. **Use the template of the specific mug.** The file has no separate bleed, crop marks, or universal seam compensation. The working area near the handle, safe margins, bleeds, and the requirement for mirror transfer depend on the equipment. They are set by production before printing; do not mirror the image in advance without such a requirement.

## How the export was obtained

The artwork is generated on a wide transparent master. The final PNG is adapted to 3840 × 1152 px without changing the proportions of objects and without adding a background layer. The specific history of artistic edits remains in the exact prompt of the corresponding card.

## File status

The completed set of seven collections for the 32 region — exactly 224 works — has been published on cups.tea.travel. Two additional Guangdong variants (GD10 and GD15) are published only in the general catalog cups.tea.equipment. The gallery shows only files approved after review; current counts are recorded in plan.json and the catalog. Publication of artistic works does not replace industrial design approval.
